We ship within the United States, including most U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
International shipping is available to most destinations worldwide. DHL is primarily used, but additional options may be available. Rates are calculated at checkout by available carriers, once a shipping address is provided. Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or heavier items such as ink, boxed stationery, or large orders.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM ET will typically ship the same day, pending payment verification and product availability. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next available business day.
Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent so you can follow your package’s journey via UPS.com or USPS.com. Please note that transit time begins after the order ships. Additionally, all estimated dates shown are estimates and not guaranteed. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you chose during checkout and where the package is getting delivered to. Fahrney's Pens cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and assumes no responsibility for any delays that may occur.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot take responsibility or guarantee rerouting or return, and additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
Fahrney’s Pens observes all major U.S. holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on those days. Processing will resume the following business day.
