At Fahrneys Pens, we take pride in helping you create the perfect gift or personal writing instrument. Our Fahrneys Personalization service allows you to add custom text to your selected pen, making it a truly unique and memorable piece.
Products eligible for personalization will indicate that personalization can be added on the product page. Certain items may be excluded due to limited marking areas, unique design features, or product availability.

We use a precision laser-marking technique to permanently personalize your pen. Depending on the pen’s finish and material, the process may either delicately remove the top layer to reveal the base beneath or create a subtle, embossed effect on the surface. This results in a durable, high-quality finish that showcases your personalization with a clean, professional look.
Currently, personalization is available on a single side only, with style options determined by the pen’s design and finish.

Before placing your order, carefully review your personalization details. We are unable to make edits after an order is submitted. Any edits or adjustments to the text must be completed before finalizing the order.

By submitting text for personalization, you confirm that:
The text or images you submit must be lawful and appropriate. This means they cannot be harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Submissions must not reference political affiliations, candidates, or parties, and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights (this includes, but is not limited to, sports teams, collegiate logos, or licensed phrases).
Fahrneys respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its customers. All submitted text or art is reviewed, and any content that violates these standards will prevent your order from being processed.
If you are wanting to use your company name, collegiate, or military logo on behalf of your business, we recommend contacting our Customer Service. We may require appropriate authorizations for any licensed or copyright images or text.
Engraved or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once you have submitted the order, unless you immediately inform the Fahrney's Pens Customer Service team (reply to confirmation email or call 1-800-624-7367) *This statement does not guarantee your order can be cancelled, as the order status can change according to the production timeline. All sales of personalized products are final, with the standard 1-year warranty applied.
All orders are reviewed internally before production. Orders violating any of the above terms will be cancelled in full. Once the order is approved, the status will update to “In Production”. No changes or edits can be made once the order is submitted or in production.
Production timelines vary based on order volume. Orders are processed first-come, first-served. We do not offer expedited production.
Once your personalization is complete, you will receive an email with the estimated shipping window.
